ASLize provides American Sign Language video translation and related production services. Our site is hosted on Webflow.

• ASLize owns or licenses the site content including text, images, logos, and produced ASL videos unless we agree otherwise in writing.• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without express written permission.

6. Payments and billing
• Fees are as stated in the order or proposal. Payment terms will be set out in invoices.
• You agree to pay all fees and any applicable taxes.
• We may suspend work or access for unpaid balances.

7. Refunds and cancellations
• Refunds and cancellation policies will be stated in each service agreement or proposal.
• Unless a refund policy is stated, payments are non refundable.

8. Third-Party Services
• We may use third party tools such as Calendly, Google Analytics, and Webflow to operate the site and deliver services.
• We are not responsible for the content or policies of third parties. Check their terms for details.

9. Disclaimers and no Professional Advice
• We aim for accurate and accessible ASL translations but do not guarantee 100 percent accuracy due to language nuances.
• Our content is not legal, medical, or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing final materials before distribution.

10. Limitation of Liability
• To the fullest extent permitted by law ASLize is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability for any claim related to a service will not exceed the amount you paid us for that service.

11. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold ASLize and its officers harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your submissions, or your use of our services.

12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate services or access for breach of these Terms or for other lawful reasons. Termination does not relieve you of amounts owed for services already performed.
